Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Great central location with everything close by. Easy access to nearby car park made it convenient. The house was warm, comfortable, and had good wifi. The castle and quay side were just a short walk away.
Lack of private parking made things difficult, especially with a lot of equipment for a one-year-old. Having to use a different car park was a small inconvenience.

Our stay at York House was fantastic! The location was perfect and the house itself was cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, providing a relaxing atmosphere for our family. Despite some minor issues with the amenities, such as the missing washing machine and dryer, we still had everything we needed for a delightful stay. The street lights outside were a bit bothersome in the master bedroom, but the other rooms were nicely dark, allowing the kids to sleep undisturbed. The highlight was definitely the prompt resolution of any concerns we had. The property owners were quick to address the cleanliness issue and sent a cleaner the next morning. The overall experience was great, and we can't wait to come back to Conwy! I highly recommend this place for a wonderful vacation.

I was thrilled to find that the holiday home had free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. It made me feel like I was in a luxurious hotel, but with the added charm of being in a cozy holiday home. Plus, the close proximity to hiking and fishing activities was a dream come true. Being able to explore nature and then relax with some TV shows made for the perfect getaway.
Kitchen leaks during shower.

The value for money at York House in Conwy was excellent. The rooms were bright, comfortable, and clean, perfect for a weekend stay with friends. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of the charming walled town, with plenty to see and great pubs nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming, even allowing dogs to enjoy a pint with their owners.
The breakfast menu could use a little improvement, perhaps offering more variety or adding some healthier options.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to pubs, shops, restaurants, and local attractions such as the castle. The rooms are spacious and the decor is light and airy, creating a pleasant ambiance. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a long stay car park nearby, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The lack of a freezer and washing machine in the property may be inconvenient for some guests, and the absence of mirrors in the bedrooms is a drawback. Furthermore, the issue with the broken pull-out bed and unclear instructions on bin usage can cause inconvenience and confusion.
